The speed of making the lenses was only an hour, even though they were kinda busy. THE 4 star rating because they didn't do a final fitting on a new pair of glasses. When I picked up my new pair. The person at the counter just handed me my glasses and turned away. I asked do you fit a new pair? She had no response! Just turned and walked to the end of the counter. Standing behind her coworker. I asked again. She did at that point say, oh you need a case for those. She grabbed a case off the counter and handed it to me. Tuned and went back to the corner. There's a bad apple in the store! Everyone else was nice and helpful.
