  The facility is absolutely disgusting. When I went in for my cleaning, there was a LAYER of dust over the hygiene table where they keep their tools. I had to ask her to clean it. In the room, there were crumbs and food debris on the floor. The windows and blinds looked like they'd never been dusted. After I paid the $450 for my cleaning, I kept receiving a text notification that I owed $50. I had to call them on four different occasions to get it removed and given that they only answer the phone one out of every ten calls, I had to keep hanging up and calling again just to get someone on the phone. The last straw was trying to cancel an appointment. Same problem. I called half a dozen times two days before, and no one answered. I called at least a dozen times the day before and still couldn't get anyone on the phone. I'm confident I'll end up getting charged for missing my appointment. This place will take advantage of you, won't give you the service you paid for in a manner that's consistent with basic hygiene, and will try to erroneously charge you when you can't get anyone on the phone to cancel an appointment. The ONLY positive thing about this place is the staff. They're very kind and professional, but that's overshadowed by the sheer number of problems with this place. My advice? Stay away.
