  My pediatrician is Hailey Pool and she has been so kind to my son Jeremiah! She’s great and I highly recommend her and 1st Choice Pediatrics to anyone looking for a place their kids will love! My son enjoys coming to his Dr. appointments and that makes everything just that much easier!

  Have been seeing providers here since they opened for my children. Always fast to get us in, and office is efficient.

  Nurse is so rude. She thinks she knows everything and gives you nonsense opinions instead of simply letting the Doctor know my concerns and letting the doctor decide what to do. “Well idk if the doctor is going to refer you but I’ll let her know” “well I don’t know any local places for that” yeah, I get it you don’t know nothing but I don’t care to hear that. Just let the doctor know my concerns & be done.

  So instead of them calling the insurance company to get any further information they need or letting a comprehensive concierge team through healthjoy assist with any question they decide to tell me I have to pay out of pocket. When I call to see what the issue is I get told and I quote. "I don't care call tomorrow". I see other 1 star reviews already on here and it completely makes sense now. Unprofessional, and honestly laziness. Needless to say in a market as saturated as pediatric services. I won't be back to this place.
