IM=X Pilates and Fitness Little Elm

IM=X Pilates and Fitness Little Elm is a Pilates and Fitness health club that creates a personalized environment for clients to pursue their fitness goals. IM=X® Pilates and Fitness Little Elm will provide fitness classes under the franchised business model of the Integrated Movement Xercize (IM=X®). This model is a complete system of over 250 sequences that can be blended in a countless number of ways - providing endless variety so that anyone can be challenged and never bored. Some sessions will be completely on the Xercizer (reformer), while others will incorporate elements of mat, tower, cycling, jog squares, body bars, weights, ballet barre, and more.
