  80% of the time I try to go to total point they have a sign on the door that says “will return ___.” I’ve waited in the parking lot before for them to return and they just don’t. There usually isn’t anybody working even if you’re within the posted hour of operation and it’s not lunch time. It’s the worst urgent care I’ve ever been to.

  I got there at 12:20pm and it was closed. No sign why they were closed. It says they have lunch from 1 to 1:30. I went much before. Now I understand why they have bad reviews. This was my first time going there.

  Needs to work on time management. 45 plus minutes after my scheduled appointment they got to me. Not busy at all

  They are amazing! they helped me so much with my insurance, and helped me with my daughter while i got x rays! and it was so quick and easy! i recommend! love the staff and the place!

  I had a tick head embedded in my leg. A week later a red rash appeared followed by the dreaded red ring. I went as soon as I could to Total Point Urgent Care in Lindale, TX. A great clinic with an excellent nurse practitioner, Robin Watson, and a courteous professional front desk, Miss London. Thank you both for taking care of me!
