There's not enough great things I can say about this place. The PHP, IOP, one-on-one therapy are all phenomenal. The curriculum they use and approach they take in teaching the proper techniques and skills to maintain long term sobriety are second to none. I have learned so much about myself while being a client here. The therapist meet you where your at in your recovery whether that's day 1 or day 100. I have been treated with the utmost of care and understanding. They cultivate an environment that truly gives you plenty of room to grow and heal. I don't know where I'd be without them.
Thank you Redeem!! For saving my life!!

I was referred here by my Attorney after a DWI charge. I came in for my assessment and to be honest I was very reluctant about this whole process. I met w/ a few therapists they wanted to see what was the best fit for me. They suggested I take an Intensive outpatient course but after hearing my story They thought the Trauma Recovery group would be best for me. Because I had been using Alcohol as my coping mechanism to deal with past traumatic events in my life. I decided to really be honest w/ myself started attending AA on the regular, got a sponsor and worked the steps. I celebrate 13 months of sobriety tomorrow and have graduated from my Iop class. Because I really liked the process that redeem recovery had taken on putting together a successful program tailored to my needs. I decided to stay and attend weekly one on one sessions with again another therapist of my chosing. I am even thinking about getting my Son into his own private sessions. We all suffer from something and could use someone to talk too . Redeem makes it Easy.

IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program): Structured therapy and treatment sessions that do not require an overnight stay, allowing more flexibility for people who have daily responsibilities.
PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program): A more intensive level of care, often involving more hours of treatment per week, which is suitable for people who need more support but not full inpatient hospitalization.
How do I know if I need treatment now?
Some signs that it’s time to reach out for support include:
Persistent mental or emotional distress (anxiety, depression, trauma) that affects daily life
Difficulty managing substance use or feeling out of control
Strained relationships with family or friends due to behavioral or mental health issues
Feeling stuck or unable to cope with stressors on your own
If you recognize any of these, even partially, getting a free assessment can help clarify the right path forward.
What happens during the free assessment?
During the free initial assessment, our clinicians will:
Talk with you (or your loved one) about your symptoms, history, and current struggles
Assess what level of care is most appropriate (IOP, PHP, etc.)
Discuss therapy options, insurance, cost, and scheduling
Help you understand what the program will look like if you decide to move forward with care
How long are treatment programs?
The duration varies depending on each person’s situation: level of need, severity of symptoms, co-occurring disorders, response to treatment, and goals. Some people benefit from short-term engagement; others may need longer supports. We work with you to tailor the care plan for your best possible outcome.
