  Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived to attend my booked class at 8:00, only to be completely turned away at the door without any flexibility or understanding. While I understand studios have schedules and policies, the rigid and unwelcoming attitude from the staff made a minor delay feel like a major offense. Life happens—traffic, parking, and daily logistics exist—and to be locked out of a class I paid for with zero grace period or courtesy is unacceptable. For the premium price you pay here, the customer service and hospitality should be far better.

  After a long time I decided to take an intro class. It was great and I was really looking forward to enrolling in the future. The club reached out to me and I made that clear. They tried to offer me a discount but I still dont have the funds at this moment. Hence me wanting to wait. They came back with a reply implying that I wanted free classes. Nothing is free. Either you are nice and have good customer service or not. They do not. It's like just because I couldn't enroll in that moment then all of a sudden they cut me off. That left a bad taste in my mouth.

  I LOVE everything about this place! Instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and non-judgmental. Each instructor adds something a little different to their classes. The GM and front desk staff are always welcoming and friendly. I have a herniated disc and a bulging disc. I’ve tried many different forms of exercise. At some point they all aggravated my issues. I spent years going to a chiropractor, having decompression, and physical therapy. It was always weeks or more to recover from a herniated disc flare. Since starting Pilates 3 years ago, I have had 1 bout a year and it resolves itself on its own within 5 days. Unheard of for me. I’m a firm believer in everything Pilates and love The Colony CP!

  If you want a life changing experience, try Pilates, preferably at The Colony location in Lewisville TX. You will notice more flexibility in your body, increased energy, a feeling of more self worth, peacefulness and an optimism for the future. You will also find you are becoming somewhat addicted to the classes. The instructors are top notch. Aubrey and Carolyn always leave you feeling good about yourself and your abilities. Sarah, the manager, never fails to inject a feeling of joyfulness into your day. You will start realizing you want to schedule your life activities around your Pilates classes. Whaat? On the days you really would rather not show up, you do it anyway and you are richly rewarded. You will find your people at your classes…and maybe even find a part of yourself you have been looking for! - Joyce Jones

  Club Pilates has completely changed my view on working out\! I genuinely look forward to doing Pilates now and love how much stronger, more energized, and accomplished I feel after every class. The trainers are very knowledgeable, encouraging, and always helpful. They take the time to explain the exercises, make sure you’re using the proper form, and create such a positive and welcoming environment. Every class feels challenging in a good way, but also enjoyable and motivating. I really appreciate how the instructors make you feel comfortable regardless of your fitness level. Since joining Club Pilates, working out no longer feels like something I have to do—it’s something I actually enjoy and look forward to. I’m so glad I decided to give Pilates a try and would definitely recommend Club Pilates to anyone looking for an effective and enjoyable workout!
