- RRRaeMay 15, 20251.0The cancellation policy is awful here. I got on a membership but didn’t use it a single time after starting it. I waited for the 3 month minimum and then called to cancel, to which they told me there’s a 30-day notice required and I’d be charged for a fourth month regardless of whether or not I use it. They called me to collect a payment and told me if I don’t pay it, they’re going to send it to collections and collections will tack on extra fees. It’s not worth your time, they just want to sell memberships and get extra money from you. I’d recommend going to a non-franchise Pilates studio instead.

The staff made Pausing and pausing my membership so easy. Since being back on location, I am so pleased with the caliber of the classes. They know how to personalize everyone’s work out to be exactly what they need, but don’t walk. Come to Club Pilates.
