  This is for the location in Leander: 1 - the initial visit was fine despite a miscommunication between the optometrist and myself (I didn't realize I was ordering computer glasses, I thought I was ordering readers but I think that's been resolved- we'll see) I ordered 2 pair of glasses on May 26th or 27th and it is now July 2nd and I still don't have my progressive ones - I do have the computer glasses that I thought were supposed to be readers. Last communication where the store actually reached out to me for an update was June 10th. Any communication since then has been me actually having to go into the store to check on the status. When I call, I get "I have to check into that and get back to you" after 2 or 3 days of waiting for someone to get back to me- I end up having to drive to the store. I've been told that my glasses were sent to the wrong store and then the wrong lenses were sent 2 weeks later. I went into the store this past Tuesday and the floor sales person couldn't even tell me what was going on with my glasses. He said that the district manager would look into it and get back to me. It's Thursday- I still haven't heard from them. The biggest issue, aside from the lousy "I'll get back to you" follow up, and I've explained this to the people I've talked to, is the whole reason I needed new glasses is because my current ones are so badly scratched up, I can't see out of them at all. I've been alternating between using a broken pair that's over 20 years old and these computer glasses that are only for about 2 feet of distance.

  It was my first time in Pearle Vision. Everyone was friendly. No pressure. I was told to take my time each step of the way. Especially while looking through the frames selection. They checked up on one time to see if I had questions and to let me know that I can take my time and let them know if I needed any help, then left me alone. It was nice not feeling pressured to make a decision before I was ready. Great group of people. I highly recommend them.

  Dr. Nguyen is excellent. Very thorough and caring. Staff competent and friendly. She identified an issue and set an appointment with my ophthalmologist. This was my first time at this office, but I will definiteley return there for my yearly checkups.

  I am expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of a pair of Michael Kors glasses I purchased. The logo has rusted within four months, and the lenses have developed spots that cannot be removed. Despite these issues, the damage is attributed to rough use. I have worn glasses for 40 years and have never encountered such problems, even with unbranded eyewear.
