  Exam and Docot were good. The thing that was highly unprofessional was the details on what is it going cost was not disclosed beforehand. Scheduled for 2 eye exams and were taken to 2 different rooms which we thought was part of the exam itself but later were asked to pay $78($39 each for retinal exam). Details on what is it going to cost have to be disclosed beforehand, period.

  I initially had a disappointing experience with Parle Vision due to delays and lack of communication regarding my child’s spectacles order. However, after raising the concern, they responded and resolved the issue. I appreciate the effort to make things right. While the initial experience could have been handled better in terms of communication and timelines, I’m glad they took steps to address the problem. Updating my review to reflect this. From 1 to 4

  The entire staff, including Dr. NGUYEN, Was great. She made sure I felt comfortable in the lenses I was wearing before I left and if I don’t like them, will not hesitate to switch them out to try something different.

  Service was good and efficient!! I have eyemed insurance and never had to pay for scratch resistant progressive lenses before. This store charged me an extra $105 . At Len crafters this option was included with eyemed insurance last year . Didn’t really know why but will ask again when I pickup my new glasses.

  OVERPRICED. Called them to check Meta Rayban's price. They quoted me 600$ just for frames which is ridiculous because the retail price on Rayban website is 499$. And retailers like Walmart or Target charge around 379$ Optometrists like them often overcharge. Unfortunately an average person doesn't notice.
