I was not pleased with how they run their classes and since I signed up for a “3 month commitment” I would not get a refund despite not happy with how the classes are run. What a waste of hundreds of dollars. Please don’t waste your time or money.

They make you work! In a great way of course, while guiding you through each activity with clear direction to ensure you’re targeting the specific muscles.
