I was not pleased with how they run their classes and since I signed up for a “3 month commitment” I would not get a refund despite not happy with how the classes are run. What a waste of hundreds of dollars. Please don’t waste your time or money.

Speaking of energy, the energy in the studio is always positive, the staff is friendly, and the classes are consistently challenging in the best way. It is my “Happy Place”! All of the instructors are knowledgeable, each one offers a unique approach and style with the common thread of focusing on proper technique. I love any class that Elizabeth teaches, She does an amazing job balancing technique, encouragement, and challenge. She always cue form in a way that actually clicks. I also want to shout out Susan and Christie at the front desk—so cheerful and helpful, and they make the whole experience seamless. I always feel welcomed! Cardio Sculpt is my go-to class. It’s the perfect blend of strengthening, stretching, and controlled movement. I leave feeling stronger, taller, and more energized every single time. Club Pilates has truly become one of the best parts of my week!
