  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely love Ross’s dentist! From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I especially appreciate how accommodating they are with scheduling they truly work with you and your family’s schedule, which makes such a difference for busy parents. They accept many insurance plans, and the entire process is always easy and well organized. The dentists are personable, caring, and take the time to make both the child and parent feel comfortable. I also love how involved they are in the community. It’s wonderful to support a dental office that not only takes great care of its patients but also genuinely cares about the families and community they serve. We’ve had such a positive experience and are so happy to have found them for Ross! Highly recommend! 🦷💙

  Extremely disappointing experience… I honestly cannot begin to explain how upset and disappointed I am with this place. We brought our newborn daughter here to have her tongue tie released because she had been struggling with breastfeeding. From the beginning, the experience was chaotic and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable for a pediatric facility performing a procedure on a newborn. On the day of the procedure, we were called back into the treatment room, only to be told that the machine needed for the procedure was not heating up. I had already taken my daughter out of her car seat and picked her up, and they wanted me to go back to waiting room… 5 minutes later they all came back in and told me that everything seemed to be okay. I strapped my daughter in and was then asked to leave the room. Shortly afterward, I heard my newborn screaming. These were the kinds of screams no mother wants to hear from her baby. I was crying and extremely upset, but I understood that she was having a procedure and that some crying was inevitable. After a couple of minutes, they opened the door and told me they had NOT actually been able to perform the procedure. I immediately asked what all of the screaming had been for. I was told they had "just been getting pictures." I was absolutely furious. I had been sitting outside listening to my newborn scream, believing she was undergoing the procedure, only to find out that it hadn't even been done because the equipment wasn't working. They then told me they didn't know if the machine would work again and that they would work on getting us a referral to another facility. This was after I had already paid for the procedure. As I was putting my daughter back into her car seat to leave, they stopped me and said the machine was now working because they had replaced the batteries. The batteries?? I cannot understand how a facility performing procedures on infants does not verify that its equipment is functioning properly before bringing a patient back, strapping them down, and asking their parent to leave the room. The entire situation was incredibly stressful and completely avoidable. At that point, I was already extremely upset, but I desperately wanted to get this procedure done for my daughter because of the difficulties we were having with breastfeeding. So I agreed to go back in and have them perform it. Afterward, I asked about the follow-up care and exercises. The doctor provided very little explanation. She actually had to be called back out of her office to show me the exercises, and I was told they only needed to be done twice a day for three weeks. When I asked questions, I felt as though my concerns were an annoyance rather than something that deserved to be addressed. There was also no meaningful follow-up care afterward. Unfortunately, my daughter's breastfeeding difficulties continued. We eventually sought care elsewhere, and I have since taken her to another pediatric dentist, an ENT, and a lactation consultant. All three have told me that, based on their evaluation, her tongue tie release was not properly performed the first time. I am beyond livid. We trusted this office with our newborn daughter. We spent the time, money, and emotional energy to have this procedure done, and my daughter went through the trauma of the procedure only for us to later be told by multiple other professionals that it had not been adequately released and that she needed further care. I truly regret putting my daughter through that experience here. I would strongly encourage other parents, especially parents of newborns seeking tongue-tie treatment, to do extensive research before choosing this office. I will never return, and based on our experience, I would not recommend this practice to another parent.
