  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Mbibi and her dental assistant, Ashley, were absolutely amazing! My son had his very first filling, and they made what could have been a scary experience so much easier for him. They were incredibly kind, caring, and patient, taking the time to explain every single step before they did it. Their calm and gentle approach kept my son relaxed and at ease throughout the entire procedure. It was clear that they genuinely cared about his comfort and wanted him to feel safe. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. We are so grateful to Dr. Mbibi and Ashley for their compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful pediatric dental team!

  My son fell and knocked one of his front baby teeth loose. It started turning black and they saw us last minute on a Friday evening, as a new patient. Just for being so accommodating they would get 5 stars but they were fast, friendly and reassured me. All around can’t recommend them enough.

  Interesting how so many negative reviews receive the same response “We’re glad you got a second opinion.” What I don’t see is anyone actually addressing the concerns that made patients seek a second opinion in the first place. I came in with pain and concerns about my gums and left feeling dismissed. My cleaning felt incomplete, as there was no flossing in my cleaning whatsoever. and after seeing another dentist, I was diagnosed with gingivitis and received a much more thorough cleaning (INCLUDING FLOSSING) Before responding that you’re happy I got a second opinion, I’d be more interested in hearing why my concerns weren’t taken seriously when I brought them up at my appointment. Patients don’t usually spend extra time and money getting second opinions for fun…

  The dental plan was changed quite a few times. The last time it was changed after we paid and started the treatment in the patient's chair. Every change equals to more money out. I am exhausted with their inconsistencies and I'd like to finish treatment somewhere else.

  My daughter had her teeth ‘cleaning’ last week and ended up at a different dentist this week because 1. They ignored the sores in her mouth causing her to not be able to eat and 2. Her teeth are nowhere near clean. I watched the new dentist barely scrape her teeth and get stuff off of them. She said there was no way she received proper cleaning and I agree 100%. My daughter also left the appointment early because the dentist was hurting her and had zero sympathy. The only reason they have the rating they have is because they give you gifts to write reviews while in the office
