I hate to have to write this review because I genuinely wanted to love this place, but I feel like it’s been needed for a while. I’m not writing this to tear RedSol down. I’m writing it because I hope things improve. As a current member, both my mother and I have become increasingly disappointed with the direction this business has taken.
The biggest thing I’ve noticed is a lack of genuine care and interest from management toward customers. The atmosphere has completely changed. I rarely ever see management around, and when I do, it doesn’t leave a good impression. It’s discouraging to walk into what should be a welcoming wellness center and see someone sitting with their feet on the table, glued to their phone, barely acknowledging customers after saying hello. That’s simply not professional.
I do want to give credit where it’s due. The girls working there are amazing. They’re always kind, welcoming, and do their best. But it’s obvious something isn’t right behind the scenes. You can literally tell by the expressions on their faces depending on which manager or owner is there. The environment feels tense, uncomfortable, and honestly toxic. As a customer, you can feel it the moment you walk in.
I’m also not the only member who’s noticed this. I’ve had conversations with other members who have said the same thing, that the atmosphere feels off. When multiple customers are walking away with that same feeling, it should be taken seriously.
Another major issue is communication. There seems to be a disconnect between management, staff, and members. Employees often appear to be held responsible for situations they have no control over, and that creates confusion and frustration for everyone involved. The staff deserve better support, and the members deserve clearer communication.
This place has so much potential, and that’s what makes this so disappointing. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously because the employees and loyal members deserve a much healthier, more professional environment.
