  I tried a couple of different hearing aids but it wouldn’t block the outside noise. I finally decided to try Miracle Ear and I immediately notice a total difference. Ms Oswald did a complete hearing test and after giving me an option of three different choices I got the ones she recommended. I tried them on and she walked me outside to see how I liked them and if I could hear the difference. Outside with cars driving by and outside noises I could still hear what she was saying very clearly even blocking the noise around us. It was a life changing moment and it gave me peace of mind. My family also noticed that I was not asking them to repeat themselves when they were talking to me. I 100% recommend Miracle Ear for their product and their very special service. Thank you Ms Oswald and thank you to her employees for their great service

  The hearing services provided at the Miracle Ear, League City, TX location with Ms. Mikki and Ms. Angela were an exceptional experience for our mother and family. We truly appreciated all of the information provided, the way they explained the process to get the hearing test completed, the paperwork process and, the resources available to complete getting hearing aids for our mother. They were very patient and informative with our family throughout the whole process. We would recommend this location to assist with the hearing loss of a family member.

  From the beginning, the customer service was excellent, including scheduling my appointment. Mr. Michael Purvis conducted my hearing test and explained everything clearly and in plain language. I especially appreciated his honesty and professionalism. After the test, he congratulated me because my hearing is at a normal level and explained the appropriate next steps without trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I highly recommend this Miracle-Ear location and Mr. Michael Purvis for his excellent customer service, professionalism, and honest diagnosis.

  I am hearing things that I have not heard in decades, maybe ever. Life is steering in a whole new direction. I ask myself How could hearing change so much of my life? Mikki's genuine interest in my personal well being & increasing my quality of life cannot be given a high enough rating.

  Everyone in the League City office was very friendly and always helpful. However, I can’t express how well I was treated by Mikki. She is not only very helpful but very knowledgeable and made me feel she really cared about my problems. I’d gone to the League City office for more than 10 years and when my left ear quit working with my hearing aid, I started looking into a cochlear implant. With her knowledge and background she was able to explain a lot to me in leman terms. Thank you so much for the help, time, knowledge, and care that you provided me through all this.
