Shortest time to refill prescription: 3 days Longest time to refill: over a month When I ran out of medication while waiting for refill, I complained to manager. Response, a shoulder shrug and walked away from me. Turned off auto-refill 3 times. Each time it magically turned back on. Moved my business to another pharmacy. Now longest refill has been 24 hours. Shortest 4 hours.

I told her that I've never heard of the place.. she checked for me and saved another $50.. I saved $500 that day... THANK YOU....

It can be over an hour since it was sent in and my prescriptions are NEVER ready when I attempt to pick them up. I could care less if it was for me, but when it’s for my small, sick children then it becomes a problem for me. Employees are rude, and management is less than helpful. It’s almost worth driving across town to South Shore since I never had a problem with my prescriptions being ready on time there. This pharmacy is seriously the worst. Avoid it!!
