- PPPJun 27, 20265.0By far the best pharmacy I’ve used. My prescriptions are almost always ready the same day they’re sent in, and if something is out of stock, I usually receive a phone call letting me know. I’ve tried several other pharmacies, and none have been as reliable or efficient. Reading some of the negative reviews, it seems like a number of the complaints are related to insurance restrictions or laws governing controlled substances - issues that are largely outside the pharmacy’s control. My experience with this H-E-B Pharmacy has consistently been excellent. If you have a problem not knowing when your prescriptions are ready maybe you should sign up for the text notifications or learn how to use the app
- RRrayvenOct 12, 20231.0i kid you not this HEB Pharmacy is the WORST EVER. i always have the WORST experience trying to refill and/or pickup RX. can’t get through to anybody on the phone, medication constantly out of stock, pharmacy techs suck lol
