  I would strongly caution others before using this facility. The condition of the environment alone is concerning. The space was unclean and had a persistent odor, which is not what anyone should expect from a facility providing health-related services. More troubling is how personal information is handled. Clients are asked to provide sensitive details, including the last four digits of their Social Security number, in an open waiting area where conversations can be clearly overheard. There is no meaningful effort to protect confidentiality, and individuals are required to state the reason for their visit within earshot of others. This raises serious concerns regarding compliance with HIPAA and basic privacy standards. Regardless of intent, the way information is being collected and discussed in a public setting creates unnecessary exposure and risk. When I raised this concern, the response from staff was dismissive and evasive. There did not appear to be a clear understanding of proper privacy protocols or the importance of safeguarding sensitive information. In addition, there is no separation between individuals coming in for routine employment-related testing and those there for court-ordered or more sensitive matters. Everyone is processed in the same space, which creates an uncomfortable and, at times, undignified experience. Facilities handling this type of information carry a responsibility to maintain professional standards, protect client confidentiality, and ensure staff are properly trained. Based on my experience, those standards are not currently being met. I hope this is addressed promptly, as situations like this could easily warrant further review by the appropriate oversight entities if left unresolved. However, the onsite provider, Ana, has excellent bedside manner.

  I love the staff members from this clinic, Vanessa from the front window was more than polite. She gave me reassurance that everything was going to ok and took her time in registering my son, the staff goes above and beyond and show genuine care. The lady doctor, I forgot her name but She is absolutely amazing! She truly cares about her patients, and did the best with my son. I was also helped out by this staff today 1/20. Exquisite customer service!!! 10star!
