- EEEstelaApr 17, 20262.0Pharmacy takes too long to answer calls. I realize they are busy and have peak times and takes time from busy pharmacists when they themselves answer the phone. I have called at different times of the day. Hire someone to do the clerical work like answering the phones. The callers' times are also valuable for your information. Thank you, Mr Frank for being so polite with the very upset person on the opposite end of the phone call.
