- AAAlamar ArambulaOct 16, 20221.0In line 45 minutes for my meds, drive thru cashier stocking instead of assisting the in store line, she is "only" drive thru, such BS, they need to get a manager that knows what they are doing. They have no respect for the customer, I told the clerk the wait time is ridiculous and the manager needs to know her job and schedule more employees to assist the customer, his response was an eye roll and be ignored, way to go HEB top of the line employee's and if you don't like your job, then quit and then maybe they can hire people who want to do their job. I chose this HEB cause it is so close to home, but if I would have gone across town probably would have saved time. Very disappointed, home office meeds to know this.
