- AUA Google UserJun 12, 20261.0The pharmacist Jenni at the heb pharmacy has horrible customer service skills. I was sitting in the backseat as my 71 year old father was getting his medication. He was having trouble with the electronic pad because he is not tech savvy. Instead of helping him or answering his questions. She was rushing him and rolling her eyes as if he was a bother. I helped him and made sure to tell her that her customer service skills were horrible.
