I was in Fort Worth for Business and one of my hearing aids malfunctioned. I was 800 miles from home and looked up Audio Nova as a dispenser of the Phonak brand. I went in, unannounced and waited for 5-10 minutes until the audiologist finished an appointment. She then promptly repaired my hearing aids for a very small service fee. I was grateful for the repair and would imagine that, if they treat an itinerant traveller so well, they would, quite likely, treat all customers with exceptional service. Thank you to the staff at Audio Nova, you were a godsend today
