- NHNatalee HallOct 7, 20261.0Terrible customer service and an absolute churn mill. The staff here completely assume you know everything about your prescription and do not communicate. They just shove the bag into your hand, tell you to "sign here," and rush you through the line without asking a single question. When you call later to address an error, they argue with you. They claimed I explicitly advised them not to apply my GoodRx discount because I signed the keypad—arguing that "signing means you agree." Yes, maybe if you actually spoke to your customers instead of rushing them through a massive line to hit numbers, people would understand what they are signing. This is a pharmacy, not an assembly line. Ashley, you should do better. I truly hope you encounter someone as awful and dismissive as you were to me when you are in a time of need and duress. Furthermore, H-E-B is contractually obligated to honor GoodRx coupons. The fact that Ashley outright refused to accept it should deeply alarm anyone without insurance or on a fixed income who relies on these discounts to afford their medication. Disappointing and completely unprofessional.
