- DMDanny MorlingAug 3, 20261.0The pharmacist at this location is a dangerous liability giving out false information. My wife nearly ended up in hospital because the pharmacist told her DELAYED RELEASE was the same as EXTENDED RELEASE.
- SSSharolynApr 21, 20261.0We've used heb pharmacy for several years but are changing to mail order instead. The customer service at heb is some of the worst! Counter help is rude and short, even when speaking to the pharmacist, the man, tall, dark mowhawk type hair, he's super rude and arrogant. The lines are long, and there's just too many pharmacies to waste time on one that is rude to you!

They also have helped fill my prescriptions in less than 20 minutes. This is a great pharmacy. I recently transferred from CVS in San Antonio to this pharmacy and I haven't been happier.
