- JDJust DivaMar 3, 20261.0Absolutely worst Heb pharmacy drive thu experience ever! Everytime! Long lines and take so long to wait on each customer. I have been complaining and nothings changed. The only Heb pharmacy i know that doesn't have people drive around if their order is not ready.I set in line for 30 minutes while complete the car in front of me order instead of telling them to drive around. I always call before to make sure my order is ready so I don't understand why they don't consider everyone's time. And once you're in line you can't get out so you're stuck

I have often been told "it was never received" but when they look it is miraculously found. Everyone else I know in town has had the same experience. I'm always told how busy they are which translates to me that they don't have enough staff to handle the business they have. I really don't understand why it becomes my problem. I wouldn't go here if there was a more convenient location for me.
