Esperé dos horas y luego dijeron que la entregarían hasta el día siguiente y mi pequeña hija con dolor en su ojito . La señora fue grosera en atenderme. Ojalá tuvieran un poco más de empatía y mejor atención no discriminarnos porque no hablo inglés.

She didn’t rush and was so polite and I could hear her generally interested in helping me. So appreciated! I really enjoy all my HEB pharmacy staff and give them each a shout out!! Bonus I love the new drive through!!

The fact that I can check my Rx status online, what’s pending, request refills, transfer prescriptions & pay online is such an easy and convenient way. Not to mention how busy the drive thru always is. Yet, they manage to help in the most efficient and kind way possible. Thank you for all that you do guys!
