Everyone is always so happy and communicative, which makes such a difference for me. I’ll be completely honest I know I probably look crazy sometimes trying these brand-new movements 😂 but I never feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. I feel safe, encouraged, and supported the entire time, and that has made me really enjoy pushing myself outside of my comfort zone. What has shocked me the most is how I feel AFTER class. I leave feeling so aligned, almost like I just left the chiropractor! My posture feels better, I can actually feel the strength and support in my abdomen, and I feel amazing in my body. Even better, that feeling lasts for days! I’m genuinely surprised by how much I’ve noticed a difference in myself and how much I’m enjoying Pilates. I’ve become such a believer in it, and I would absolutely recommend Pilates 🖤🩶🤍✨

Been going since March and definitely feel a difference in my joints and core. Would highly recommend. It is a nice workout while incorporating breathing with your moves and you'll always leave feeling better than when you walked in! Your stress levels will definitely go down a few notches!
