  I had an absolutely amazing experience at Vision Source Northpark! I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Roni, Dr. Wade, and Montse because they all went above and beyond to make my visit a great one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Roni was AMAZING from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. She helped me through checkout, made sure everything was taken care of, and was extremely helpful with getting my trial lenses ordered. Her customer service was honestly top-notch, and she made the whole process easy and stress-free. Roni definitely deserves recognition for how great she is with patients! Dr. Wade was also outstanding. He took his time and performed a very thorough eye exam and contact lens fitting. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everything was done properly rather than rushing through the appointment. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the time he took to make sure I was comfortable and getting the right fit. And Montse was absolutely wonderful as well! She was extremely helpful with my lens order and made sure everything was processed smoothly. She was friendly, professional, and made the process simple and hassle-free. I really appreciate her taking the time to help me and making sure everything was taken care of. Overall, the entire team at Vision Source Northpark was fantastic. Roni, Dr. Wade, and Montse each played a part in making my experience exceptional, and I genuinely appreciate all three of them. If you’re looking for an eye care team that actually takes the time to treat you right, I highly recommend Vision Source Northpark! 👏🏼👓🔥

  Absolutely love seeing Dr Wade Ellisor. Super informative and kind. My children also see him and he is great with kids. I have been going to this practice for almost 30yrs and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  Customer Service was poor. They will nicely greet you, but never follow up. The carpets were dirty, it was messy. Wide selection of glasses, but overall experience was 👎🏼 08/13/26.

  Dr Catherine was so detailed when showing me my eye scans and explained everything in terms that I could understand. She gave me drops for my dry contacts & sent me home with a new brand to try out. Very helpful!
