  I received a same day appointment with no hesitation. Staff and doctor very professional and caring. The place is very clean and orderly. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

  This was my first eye exam and I had no idea what to expect. The technician who did the tests was AMAZING! I cannot remember her name but she had long dark hair and was tall! My doctor was also amazing. Made me feel so comfortable and even had a wonderful sense of humor! This will forever be my eye doctor place!

  My visits to Vision Source are always easy, pleasant, and comfortable. The staff are always helpful, the exams explained and a good variety of frames to choose from.

  I love how knowledgeable the doctors are and how very kind all the office staff are. Whether it is the Kingwood Dr location or the Northpark location, they care to do their best! Dr. Acosta was awesome today and answered every question! My vision is too important to trust anyone else!

  This is the most unprofessional office staff that I have ever encountered. I went in for a contact fitting came out and the lady by the name Ronisha at the front desk was very rude and had poor customer service skills as I asked questions regarding my payment she needs to be moved somewhere else in that office. A worker named Montse asked me if I wanted my glasses tightened, which I was wearing and I said yes please she came out and said I broke your leopard glasses which I only had for a few months, and never gave me an option of another pair of frames just cheap black frames that I had to walk out with. I will be escalating this matter to the corporate office and the board.
