StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Kingwood offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

So the next day, I purchased an introductory package at Stretch Lab and thankfully there was one session remaining for the entire week and it was with Tia. She was fantastic! Tia is super skilled and has a natural way of keeping you relaxed through conversation while she works. Before I knew it, my body had released so much tension, and I left feeling looser, more mobile, and completely refreshed. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping you feel better, I highly recommend booking with Tia. She made my first StretchLab experience an excellent one!
