For years past I had been using another Hearing Aid facility in Houston, TX. I was extremely impressed with the technical proficiency and personal care of thoroughness in testing that I received from Miracle Ear Specialists Donald Tate. I have returned to the Kingwood center for follow-up appointments meeting with Specialist Rachel Eskelund whose solution to my specific needs of proper usage and care of the aids was greeted with friendliness and willingness to listen to my issues. I am highly impressed with Specialist Eskelund’s technical knowledge and compassion. The front desk receptionist is very welcoming. I live within 7 miles of this Miracle Ear Center in Kingwood, TX and if I was to relocate to another nearby city I would retain this facility as my hearing aid location.
