  They implemented a new policy that didn’t allow me to get my medicine I’ve been taking for 20 years and didn’t tell me until the day I was supposed to get it. Then to make it worse Coleman(the stand in pharmacist ) was so rude and arrogant when I was trying to resolve the issue. They’ve just lost a long time customer.

  Horrible experience Never have I been to a pharmacy that treated me the way this one did I will not share what I am feeling... I will never shop here again

  This is by far the best pharmacy team I have encountered. They are knowledgeable, compassionate and efficient. I know wait times can be long some days but filling hundreds of prescriptions safely (checking drug interactions, patient allergies etc) is the priority. I get controlled substances and I have NEVER been made to feel that I was being judged. Last week I couldn’t find the ice packs and one of the techs stated that HEB stopped carrying the one I needed so she gave me hers!! Wish I had gotten her name but that is the above and beyond device I have experienced. As far as the website stating prescriptions are ready when they are not or prescriptions disappearing? I have had this issue and unfortunately its the design of the website. Every time my medication has been out of stock the techs have called other HEB’s in an attempt to get me my medication as soon as possible.

  I keep being asked if I am aware of the price of my pet's insulin. It is $105. I have been making this purchase of two vials every 3 weeks for more than a year. The associates have even questioned why I purchase so much of it. Let me do some math since I am a licensed engineer. Vial with 10 ml. Dog requires 0.95 ml a day. Vial will only last 10.5 days. Thus required purchase of 2 vials every 3 weeks. I think I will try another HEB.
