- MCMichele Cerda-WilltroutSep 3, 20261.0Heb Pharmacy the delivery of medications requires scan barcode for the prescription and you can't do that until you have the prescription in your aunt. Even if you have to enter it manually, you have to keep calling the pharmacy to get bits and pieces of information that needed up front and then in the end one time prescriptions don't apply. It only applies to people who get prescriptions on a regular basis as far as I can tell. I need to be Pharmacy personnel. Need to do research before offering a service that they provide and specify exactly when it's applicable and when it isn't. If y'all call me saying that you have my prescription ready you can determine if I'm eligible for Delivery. You also have to set up to prepay your prescriptions in the app the time.
- CÆmira Monet (Candy)Jun 30, 20261.0I quit Heb altogether because it’s always overly packed and you have to park so far away from the door , it’s too hot here in Texas for all that . Especially when the only good deals they have is on random dollar store items . The employees gave me the ick following me around and I was checking out once and the lady watching the cameras literally called the person checking me out and asked them if my candles were rung up , it’s tacky to say the least. Maybe it’s just because it’s on the outskirts of Houston but they lost me and all my family members . Nothing can get me back in there . It’s not worth being treated like that.And on a side note the drivers in the parking lots of Heb always drive horrendously it’s my own personal experience.
