  My concern is not that the pharmacy manager Tyson refused to assist me. He ultimately arranged for the medication to be filled and allowed me to pick it up the same day, which I appreciate. My concern is with the communication and customer-service experience during the call. I felt rushed and interrupted while trying to explain two important concerns involving my son’s medication. The first concern was that the medication had been left in a hot car and might no longer be safe. The second concern was that the dosage on the bottle still stated 2.5 mL even though the prescribing physician had changed it to 3 mL. Several responses, including “I know” and “We talked about it last time, ma’am,” came across as dismissive rather than reassuring. I understand that he may have remembered the previous conversation, but I was attempting to confirm that the updated prescription had actually been received and that the new label and quantity would reflect the correct dosage. The original question about whether the heat-exposed medication was safe was never directly answered. I was not told whether to discard it, return it to the pharmacy, or avoid administering it. I also had to bring up the fact that my son would not have a dose for that evening. Initially, I was told that I could pick up the replacement the next day. Only after I asked what I should do about the missed dose was I told that I could come in immediately. Because this involved a child’s medication, I would have expected the pharmacist to ask when the next dose was due, clearly explain whether the affected medication was safe, confirm the corrected dosage, and summarize the plan before ending the call. I would also have appreciated a calmer tone and the opportunity to finish explaining the situation without being interrupted. The issue was eventually resolved, but the communication felt rushed, incomplete, and lacking in empathy. My feedback is about the quality of the interaction and the need for clearer, more patient communication when caregivers call with medication-safety concerns.

  They're terrible. Take forever for ANYTHING drive through, please, do you want to sit there for an hour to get your medication when there barely a line?? I'm litteraly boxed in and can't back out there's been 2 cars ahead of me for the past 45 minutes and one behind and the line hasn't even moved. I'd have left by now if someone hadn't boxed me in. This is terrible and EXTREMELY INEFFICIENT

  I always come here to pick up my mom’s medicine and Joe has always been super polite great customer service always friendly !!!
