  My hygienist was very professional, caring, gentle and thorough during my appointment. She listened well and offered great advice on how to better improve my home dental care. She really cares about the patient and not merely doing her job. I felt how much she cares for her patients.

  I had a good experience with Dr. Jake, Joshua and all the other team members at the All Dental & Braces clinic on Trimmer. They were professional, kind, patient, and gave me excellent customer service. I received a f/u text from Joshua this morning answering any additional questions and checking on me to see how I was doing. I look forward to seeing the team on my follow up visit.

  Dear Veterans and families, This office picks and chooses what treatments they will file for preauthorization through insurance. They will also cancel appointments after you make a payment and arrive to the scheduled appointment. The office manager is aware of the issues with insurance filing and even instructed the front office workers to not file insurance on the proposed treatment plan. This caused issues on the day of my cleaning and treatment appointments, which I had two hours of appointment slots to complete both on the same day. When I arrived to my appointment, I was running 8 minutes behind and was told I would be seen for both appointments. Luci, a front office worker, took my payment for the cleaning portion of fluoride varnish but I could see a disgruntled clinic worker pacing back and forth behind her. I asked Luci if she will run the preauthorization for the proposed treatment that my insurance covers, but she refused. She said the office manager typically does not allow insurance for certain treatments and not to worry about it for now. She assured me that I will find out after my cleaning if the manager would allow it. A few minutes later, the disgruntled clinic worker comes out again and approaches me to say that she is, “Not going to clean my teeth because she does not have enough time.” I asked her what her title and name was and she said “Renee Byrd, dental hygienist.” So, I paid for my cleaning portion already and was upset since it was 11 minutes after my appointment at that time. Renne Byrd gets to call the shots and cancel my two hours of appointments because the cleaning was necessary before the treatment. Luci also had an unprofessional attitude and did not apologize. I had to ask for a refund from her. I took two hours off of work to get this done just to be mistreated by their office staff, management, and clinical team. I knew it was a red flag when they refused to file insurance, which means I would not even get the negotiated rate (if I agreed to pay out of pocket for something that insurance would fully cover). All they had to do for insurance was attach files that I had paid for and put a short clinical note on the treatment. These people scam hard working citizens and veterans. They refused to honor filing the dental insurance which is insurance fraud and malpractice. Their bedside manner is poor. I recommend searching elsewhere for compassionate, ethical dental care.

  I highly recommend the dentist's office. They're very professional.The doctor is very upfront. She'll tell you straight up exactly what you need.And what you don't need i went to a different dental office, and they tried to say, I needed office extra stuff done, then came here.And she actually showed me exactly what it was that I needed. The staff professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this office
