- SASamer AldogomApr 28, 20261.0I have been calling all day no answer and this dude refuse to give me his name, but he worked April 28th at 12pm he was so rude and unprofessional his name is Andy and he said that nothing is guaranteed for me to get my medication. I am disabled. I had to drive three hours not knowing if I’m gonna get my medication or not. This is ridiculous and I will change my prescription to another provider that would respect me and treat me with dignity, but don’t answer phones. They are unprofessional and that is sad for H-E-B.

The pharmacy staff was very rude and wouldn’t give my husband his medication for his blood sugar because he “took too long” to come get it. Then when we were checking out our cashier was in such a rush she was literally throwing our things and the poor bagger was struggling to keep up he was just bagging random things together. I used to work for H‑E‑B and I thought the company required better customer service than this
