- RRRita5 days ago5.0I've tried several different workout classes and by far, Pilates is my favorite, and Club Pilates is the gold standard. Everyone is so nice here and you always go home feeling 10X better after class.

I had knee surgery and my membership was on pause for a few months at request of my Dr. after knee surgery it was clear that I would not be able to return per my surgeon. I was billed $199 dollars after my freeze was up. (Understandable) I called to cancel my membership and I am to be billed $199 for ANOTHER month that I cannot use. So in total I was billed $400 for a membership that I cannot use. I would much rather feed my family than have money thrown away for a service I cannot use.I got a note from my surgeon to explain that I cannot do Pilates. Due to the policy they are unwilling to work with me and will keep my $400 that i again CANNOT use because I cannot move. I would recommend going with a local Pilates studio that cares about your health and wellbeing other than a franchise that cares about getting that membership fee.

After working remote for 2+ years, I needed an intentional way to move my body. A year later, I can say with confidence that starting pilates was the best choice for both my physical and mental health. I've loved every class and every instructor - you really can't go wrong with any of them! From the front desk to the instructors to the other members, everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. I've already increased my membership from 4 classes/month to 8, and I suspect I'll increase again. Love love LOVE Club Pilates Keller!
