  I cannot say enough good things about Smile Avenue. I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist, and even more so after losing my husband five months ago. This was my first dental appointment since his passing and my first time going to the dentist alone. I was very emotional and nervous walking through the door. From the moment I walked in, Emmanuel at the front desk made me feel welcome and comfortable. The dental assistants, Kenia and Violeta, were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. Dr. Saood was compassionate, understanding, and took the time to make sure I felt at ease. When I became emotional and started to cry, everyone treated me with genuine kindness, grace, and care. I am self-pay, and I was pleasantly surprised by their affordable dental membership plan, which helps significantly with costs. I will be getting a dental implant to replace a broken tooth, two fillings, and teeth whitening, and I feel confident that I am in excellent hands. The office itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. They even offer a comfort menu with options like weighted blankets, noise-canceling headphones, neck pillows, and other amenities to help patients relax during treatment. Most importantly, I never felt pressured or upsold on services I didn't need, which has been my experience at some other dental offices. Instead, they focused on what was best for my dental health and made me feel respected, heard, and cared for. I highly recommend Smile Avenue to anyone, especially those who struggle with dental anxiety. They truly go above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable and supported. Thank you, Emmanuel, Kenia, Violeta, and Dr. Saood, for making what could have been a very difficult first visit alone a positive and reassuring experience. I am truly grateful.

  I enjoyed my visit. They were very professional and knowledgeable concerning their job. They were patient, gentle. They did an excellent job on my cleaning. Violets and Dr. Marisa were amazing. I felt so comfortable and valued as a patient,

  I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but it’s a bit different here. I never have to wait long for my appointments; I’m seen quickly. I never have issues with my insurance company or the work done at this office. You’ll be in good hands with the best dentists and hygienists—all highly experienced professionals—including Violeta (the assistant), Emmanuel, and Ivy (at the front desk). I am so grateful for the veneer work; my self-esteem was very low, and I used to be self-conscious about smiling. Now, I’m so thankful for my new smile.   First time here and I came in with a last minute emergency veneer fix. The staff are amazing. The doctor is super sweet and patient, she explained every step she was doing to make sure the best solution and I won’t be in pain at the same time. I already booked a cleaning for later on. The environment inside is nice and warm. If you’re looking for great service and nice staff, I definitely recommend this place.

  From start to finish, everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Ivy greeted me at the door with a warm smile and made sure my check-in and waiting room experience was comfortable, even offering refreshments. My dental assistant, Kenia, was personable and thoughtful, providing a neck pillow and massage chair to help ease any anxiety I had about being at the dentist. Dr. Maredia was informative, attentive, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. She offered thoughtful recommendations while also respecting my individual needs and preferences. Finally, Emmanuel made the checkout process quick and seamless. I left feeling genuinely satisfied, my teeth is squeaky clean, a nice goody bag in hand, and I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that combines professionalism with exceptional patient care!
