  I love how friendly the staff at Smile Avenue Family Dentistry are and how gentle the dentist is. From the moment I walked in, everything felt smooth and welcoming, and I left feeling comfortable and cared for. I’ll definitely be back for my regular cleanings.

  I am leaving this review because my wife, Cristal Vazquez, became a new patient at Smile Avenue after having a very disappointing experience at a previous dental office in Katy. Unfortunately, she invested a significant amount of money into treatment there, trusting that they would properly care for her dental health, but the results and overall experience were extremely discouraging. Everything changed once she found Smile Avenue on Westheimer. From the very beginning, the team treated her with honesty, professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. They take the time to thoroughly explain procedures, prioritize their patients’ comfort, and most importantly, provide exceptional quality work focused on long-term dental health. Seeing the difference in my wife’s confidence and happiness has been incredible. She has literally cried tears of joy because she finally found a dental office she can truly trust. That level of trust is rare to find nowadays, and this office has absolutely earned it through their integrity, dedication, and outstanding patient care. I am beyond grateful for the work they do and the way they make their patients feel valued and cared for. The only reason I am writing this review is because my wife is genuinely happy with her experience and fully trusts this team with her dental care. She will absolutely continue referring new patients here. Thank you, Smile Avenue, for restoring not only her smile, but also her confidence and peace of mind.

  I went there a year and a half ago and now there work has fell out and when I reached out the them today, said come and let US see what we did for 59.00 visit. Do NOT go there, they do not honor there Work. So after I post this review, they reached back out and had me come in for a visit. They still did not honor their work and the doctor and staff that was there are no longer there. The staff does not know why they drill into my teeth and there is no record or good notes of what was done. I went and got a second opinion at another dentist, they said those are for a bridge, so the staff there said they don’t know why. So either they don’t want to admit what they did or the staff and doctors there are incompetent. SO Please Don’t Go There

  My first time here and I had a great experience. Ana at the front desk was welcoming, Ivy the financial coordinator clearly explained everything, and Dr. Maredia was very informative and cautious throughout my visit. The whole team was efficient and made me feel comfortable. Appreciate the great service.
