Came here for a workout class. Nowhere while singing up did they say socks are required. Unless you have socks you can’t take the class. Only socks available started at $18. Big waste of my time. Management should clearly state that when signing up and if not allow for complimentary socks for first timers. Not a fan and will not be returning.

Pure Barre Katy is the worse workout studio I have ever attended. The staff is extremely pretentious when they want you to sign up for a membership. But if you have an issue with them and attempt to ask to speak to a manager, they tell you “Okay, I will let the manager know you want to speak to her.” And then you never hear from any manager to voice your concern! I asked Felis to ask to speak to a manager and another rep and still never heard from anyone! Not only that, when I asked to speak to a manager I received a nasty attitude about it from Felis and the other rep hung up on me! BE CAREFUL SIGNING UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS PLACE! These people are all about stealing money from you.

My wife loves this place. I went to one of their special events and did the workout with my wife, and honestly, it was just as good, if not better, than any other group fitness place I have been to.
