But if you have an issue with them and attempt to ask to speak to a manager, they tell you “Okay, I will let the manager know you want to speak to her.” And then you never hear from any manager to voice your concern! I asked Felis to ask to speak to a manager and another rep and still never heard from anyone! Not only that, when I asked to speak to a manager I received a nasty attitude about it from Felis and the other rep hung up on me! BE CAREFUL SIGNING UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS PLACE! These people are all about stealing money from you.
