  Wonderful experience all around! Pop in for a quick clean or an annual and you will feel right at home. Sheila is hospitable and now Mr. Bean brings the love as well. Thank you guys for always taking excellent care of my hearing aids and I!

  Mr Bean made a miracle happen for me just before closing time this past Friday. I had just arrived in town on a weekend visit for a major family birthday…and unpacking at the hotel discovered I had left my bedside hearing aid charger at home…thus ruining my ability to interact and thus the whole visit. When I called, Mr Bean wanted to help but since he did not carry my device brand, asked me to text him a picture of such and right away he texted back that he could LEND me a charger that would work. I d just leave it at the hotel desk when I’d leave and he would pick it up later (since The store would be closed on that day, Sunday). I rushed to the store just at closing time, but mr Bean and his colleague were there ready with a gift bag (with a charger in it) and a huge welcoming .smile. I was in shock, shaking with happiness that I could wear my hearing aids all weekend and partake of the special family celebration. This is above and beyond service, more like the Good Samaritain parachuting in front of me, a miracle! To put the story in perspective, I had first called a nearby provider of my brand who gave me the number of the national provider, who in turn referred me to the provider I d just called and who had no way to help me…..?…. Mr Bean is a man of his word. He obviously want to do what he can to help. I would recommend him to any of my family or friends .

  I have been wearing Miracle Ear hearing aids for about 3 years. I cannot praise my experience highly enough. The courtesy and expertise is outstanding. Larry Bean delivered the new hearing aids to me at home and explained and set up everything for me expertly. Sheila and Andre at the ME office in Katy provide me with friendly and accommodating service. They are outstanding. Again I cannot praise them highly enough. I am grateful to all involved
