The other two assistants were busy looking at their phones and laughing. They should clean the glasses. I hope I don’t catch a skin disease.

Huge shout out to the assistant manager Alejandra with her great customer service, she managed to find the frame that I liked and it happened that they were discontinued though she found them in a different store had them transferred to cinco ranch location and had them ready for me within two weeks. Truly she made my day. Thank you Alejandra and thank you Mo store manager for a well trained staff.

Just because they charge high price and there is insurance discounts doesn’t mean we are not supposed to ask for breakdown insurance cost. Adding extra charges for single vision lens if there is astigmatism in addition to insurance copay.
