- SSStephanie SolisApr 21, 20261.0If I could give a zero, I would. The 1 star could be earned by the front desk inside the store, who were by far much more helpful and polite. I went through the drive through to pick up my son's prescription and was given the worst service I have ever received from any pharmacy. The lady rolled her eyes at me because I had thought my son's insurance was on file, it wasn't. There was back and forth trying to get the card info from my husband and she raised her voice at me and continued to give me attitude when I simply just needed to get my son's medicine. I don't know what the ugly tone was for, but I am not a punching bag and I am going to respond accordingly. I asked for the corporate number and was told a manager will be told. This is by far the worst experience I have had and I am rarely brought to a point where I lose my composure.

They were so professional, fast and efficient in ordering my son’s med and They flavoured it as I requested, showing incredible patience and understanding of a child’s needs to like their Med and help them to be compliant. I highly recommend HEB pharmacy with its incredible team for anyone needing personalized, compassionate pharmacy care.
