- JBJean BarriosJun 18, 20261.0Today, June 19, 2026, I made a pre-ordered refill. A young man attended to me at the pharmacy around 10:00 AM. He told me to wait 15 minutes, I waited 25 minutes, and when I returned, they weren't ready. Another young woman attended to me and said, "Give me 10 more minutes." I returned, and they still weren't ready. Finally, another woman attended to me and said, "10 more minutes." I returned, and they still weren't ready. This is disrespectful to the customer; the service is terrible at that time. I am complaining about the wasted time. Please correct these bad practices. This was my second visit, same day, same time, with the same people. Horribly irresponsible.

I went through the drive through to pick up my son's prescription and was given the worst service I have ever received from any pharmacy. The lady rolled her eyes at me because I had thought my son's insurance was on file, it wasn't. There was back and forth trying to get the card info from my husband and she raised her voice at me and continued to give me attitude when I simply just needed to get my son's medicine. I don't know what the ugly tone was for, but I am not a punching bag and I am going to respond accordingly. I asked for the corporate number and was told a manager will be told. This is by far the worst experience I have had and I am rarely brought to a point where I lose my composure.
