    Was looking for a specific Oxyshred product. Due to low stock, Matthew recommended the Oxyshred energy drinks one aisle over and I ended up taking all of them. Waiting to be notified when the shipment on Oxyshred products arrives. Thanks for the great service!

    I usually come to this location for convenience, but this visit was disappointing. While I was checking out pre workouts , my 3-year-old daughter picked up an item —something I was actually planning to purchase since she always comes with me to purchase my supplements —and the employee responded by telling her to put it back in a way that came across as rude and unnecessary. I understand the need to maintain order, but there’s a way to communicate respectfully, especially when it comes to young children who are simply trying to help. Customer service should extend to everyone, and that includes showing patience and kindness in situations like this. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to reinforce better customer interaction with their staff. This happened 04/15/26 around 12:40pm, didn’t get the name of the employee since I walked out really upset.

    Matthew was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind throughout my visit. His knowledge of the products really stood out, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He was attentive, took the time to assist me, and even helped arrange a home delivery when the item I wanted was out of stock. Because of him, I’ll definitely be returning this is my new go-to store!
