Fry Family Clinic is a primary care and family medicine clinic in Katy, TX, providing personalized healthcare for adults and families. Services include annual physicals, preventive care, chronic disease management, sick visits, lab testing, EKGs, DOT physicals, diagnostic ultrasounds, IV therapy, medically supervised weight loss, and hormone replacement therapy for men and women. Eligible BCBS and Ambetter Premier patients may qualify for our weight loss program at no out-of-pocket cost, subject to plan benefits and eligibility. We also offer FREE eye exams and an on-site optical center, including vision testing, fundus exams, eye pressure testing, and slit-lamp evaluation for eye infections and inflammation.
