When you try to cancel a membership on the app it says you must contact the Cycle Bar directly, I have been trying to cancel my membership since April and am being ignored but they are happily taking their money. I have left multiple messages as no one answers the phone, sent multiple emails and they are all just being ignored. My suggestion would be to only pay for rides and not take in a membership as it seems you can never cancel it!

Each one has a special way of motivating you and pushing you pass your limit without being intimidating. The staff is also super friendly. One perk is the great snacks after most classes.
