- KFKandA FamilyJun 13, 20265.0Great experience! I came here for the first time 3 years ago, and have been coming here ever since for my eye exams. My wife has now also made this her eye exam home. The front desk reception and technician staff are top notch, they are on it, the appointments, the prescriptions, the routine eye checks performed before seeing the doctor. They are very communicative, with the status of things, related to the appointment itself or arrival of contact lenses. The doctors have been good; though I have noticed every year that we go it’s a different doctor; I am guessing they rotate not only within the weekly schedule but also among other CE Eye Care clinics. It’s also very convenient being next door to LensCrafters so we can just walk over with our prescription. Kudos to y’all!

- LXLi xuMay 22, 20261.0I had a late afternoon appointment with Dr. Momin, and the experience was frankly unacceptable. Throughout the exam, she came across as impatient and dismissive. When I had difficulty distinguishing between two options (bifocal or single), she did not take the time to explain or guide me, and instead responded in a way that felt rude and rushed. It was very clear that patient care was not the priority. I left with the strong impression that she was more interested in ending the appointment than ensuring I received proper attention or understood my options. This level of service is disappointing and unprofessional for a healthcare provider. I would not return to this eye center and would not recommend it to others.
