They have been so professional and understanding and caring so far - I have an intake on wensday and the lady on the phone reassured me everything will be "A-OK!" Thank you ya'll. Edit: had my intake and I could feel my intake co-ordinator's anger at me like there was something in the air... What did I do so I can change my behavior 😢 😢?? Don't like that at all... it's supposed to be no judgement... I've always been a person to learn for my past mistakes.. I had my intake on the 28th and they scheduled me all the way out to the 20th to see the psyciatrist.... I have no idea what to do anymore.... haven't been able to sleep.... It's just seems like they don't want to work wifh me and I just need a judgement-free zone... I also called the front desk because they called me earlier in the day when I was sleeping to let me know they changed my appointment date from the 12th to the 20th. I called them to ask when my appointment was and it took them awhile to find it. Then when I started to ask the receptionist what the process for walk ins and how long i had to let my roommate know when to drive me up there during that process because he is always busy, she gave me the run around and said "wait what you're in a crisis?" I had to ask the question again for her to eventually say "oh you will know in a couple days before the appointment. " I don't know what I've done, and I've never voted in my entire life, lol. SO I don't even know what type of human judgement I fall under..... gg w/e .... over it...

Negative stars**** I don't consent to even a 1 start review.... absolutley nothing good worth noting upon trying to find help... So far absolutely terrible experience... If you are dealing with mental health issues do not walk there and get there before 12:45pm and don't wait around for 2 hours to try to fill out paperwork... They only take 4 walk ins a day and make sure you check the box for a phone call within whenever they actually feel like it even though it said 2 business days... Definitely not the place to go if you are depressed and want to not be alive anymore... So far negative stars no stars none goggle forces at least one.
