It's been a bit more than 2months that I enrolled as an Unlimited member and the experience has been truly enriching and transformative. The instructors are not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and attentive, ensuring that every session is both effective and enjoyable. Their guidance, encouragement, and focus on proper technique have made a noticeable difference in my flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. The center itself offers a calm, welcoming, and positive environment that makes it easy to stay consistent and motivated. Every session feels refreshing and leaves me with a sense of balance and clarity. I would highly recommend this Yoga6 center to anyone looking to improve their physical health and mental wellness. They changed the time of this class from 6:00 to 4:30 and I attended this session for the first time on Monday, the instructor had us only use a band and I left feeling like I was not challenged and had wasted time and money.
