  Great service, the owner was really helpful in explaining our options and giving us plenty of options in frames. Very quick service as well, I got my glasses and lenses the same day!

  I visited Pearle Vision, Irving and had a great experience. Roshan was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. The staff provided excellent customer service, and everything was handled efficiently. I would highly recommend this eye care center to anyone looking for quality eyewear.

  Ihave been a loyal customer of Pearle Vision for many years. Even though I live in California, I continue to purchase my glasses from them because of the exceptional service I receive. Roshan is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He always takes the time to make sure I get the correct glasses and provides expert advice that I truly trust. Every order is carefully packaged and shipped to me, and I have always been extremely happy with the quality of the products and the service. It’s rare to find a business that consistently goes above and beyond for its customers. I highly recommend Pearle Vision and especially Roshan to anyone looking for outstanding optical care and customer service.

  I had my lenses made there I wanted orange they took the order was supposed to to get them in 5 or 7 days on the 7th day they called and said they can’t make the orange lenses but can any other color so I said just make them clear and that would be another 7 days so when the 7th day came around they had brown lenses in them I said that is not what I said I wanted clear so they said that would be another 7 days in the meantime I had to go to Kansas on business I took those glasses with me and had the made in orange when I got back it was on the 7th day and I had to call them to see if they came they did went down there with another pair of frames he side he needed the other glasses I said I don’t have them the are in Kansas getting orange put in them he said he couldn’t do any thing about that and there when I was in before I went to Kansas I said I got to go out of town can I bring in another pair of frames and they said that would be ok I have lost over 3 week of pay I can’t afford that because I can’t drive a semi with out them and that is about $1600.00 dollars plus the cost of the lenses I called the place in Kansas and they said they would put a rush on them Kansas help me on my second pair also I’m a disabled veteran and I thank the place in Kansas so much for helping me I never go in Peral vision again

  This place overall did not have good service, I went in for a walk in a 2pm on a Monday and no doctors were in office for optometrist appointments, ended up scheduled for later that week.. when I show up for my appointment again there were no doctors there to do appointments, front desk ladies forgot to notify me of schedule changes… get rescheduled for next day, get there and wait for a good minute before getting taken back.. once doctor comes back with no explanation of what’s going on for the appointment doctor proceeded to question me without listening to responses talking over me and completely dismissing any information in regards to symptoms. This is optometrist facility is very unprofessional and not at all worth the visit. Definitely needs improvement.
