  Best experience I have ever had. Been goin for years and when it got a new owner or GM it's been awesome. The GM is more than professional and will bend over backwards to help in any way possible. In this new age of lack of customer service he exceeds all expectations!!

  I have been seeing Roshan and his wonderful team for almost 3 years now, and each experience is always better than the last. Customer service isnt ecwn the right term for what Roshan provides, it feels more like FAMILY service when you're with him. He made a lifelong client, a while ago, but he continues to solidify this connection eqxh and every visit !!! Thank You Roshan !!!

  From the moment we walked in, the entire team at Pearl Vision made what could have been a stressful appointment with three children feel completely seamless. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to coordinate appointments for all four of us so we didn’t have to make multiple trips, and that level of customer service did not go unnoticed. A huge thank you to the optometric technician for being so patient, kind, and efficient throughout the visit. I also want to recognize Ada at the Optical Center Nextdoor for taking the time to help us with our eyewear needs and making sure we found the best options without ever making us feel rushed. Dr. Conrad Bryan was exceptional. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What stood out the most was how compassionate and patient he was with my special needs daughter and my toddler. Finding healthcare professionals who know how to make her feel comfortable means the world to our family, and he treated her with such kindness and respect. Every single person we interacted with made us feel valued, cared for, and genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to find a team that works together so effortlessly while providing outstanding customer service from start to finish. Thank you all for making our experience such a positive one. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend Pearl Vision to anyone looking for exceptional eye care.

  Pearle Vision on Belt Line Rd in Irving TX has filled my eyeglass prescriptions for years, and the eye doctor next door, Dr. Conrad Bryan, has continued to update his office with the latest testing equipment. He knows my eyes, can tell me what's going on and what is needed for my vision and eye care. No longer live in Irving and I traveled 60 miles one way to see them.

  I have been going to Conrad Bryan for more years than I can remember and would have given him 5 stars easily, but something has changed in that business. I made an appointment with them online for my husband and received a confirmation, made one for myself too but I did not receive a confirmation so I called the office, and they told me to come in with my husband, and they could see me and put me on the books. We went to our appointment today and was told they did not see our appointment and there was 9 people in front of us before we could be seen. Looking for a new eye doctor, so sad.
