- LTL T2 days ago2.0Used to be good optometrist and sales reps at this location, but something must have changed over the year. My prescription for both contact lenses and eyeglasses were wrong. Went to a different optometrist elsewhere and they finally got the prescription right. Was hoping to buy my newer glasses at least from lenscrafters, but so glad I didn't purchase again from here. The customer service is really lacking, and to be honest, they dont have a really good selection, and for some reason they dont have Narrow sized frames.

- DMDavid McAllisterSep 11, 20262.0Really disappointed with this location. Do not recommend. I was very excited to get fresh pairs of sunglasses and reading glasses when I came in on Saturday 9/5. Unfortunately, the lady assisting me was not as thrilled. During our meeting she just seemed very bored and uninterested. If I had not had asked her to verify which glasses went with which prescription before checkout, my reading glasses order would have been wrong. Then, today, I received a text message that one of my glasses was ready to pick up. Great! I called the location to verify which one they were and was told it was the reading glasses. The sunglasses I can wait on, but I had a more pressing need for the reading glasses. Thus, I changed my Friday plans and drove in rush hour to get them. When I arrived, I was handed the sunglasses, told my reading glasses were not ready and that they weren’t sure who I talked to on the phone.
