I had a great experience at LensCrafters! Chriselda was incredibly helpful and quickly fixed and reattached the arm on my glasses when I was in a rush. They also cleaned my glasses for free, which was a really nice touch. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and how friendly and accommodating Chriselda was. Highly recommend!

I went to get a pair of old glasses fixed with another pair of old glasses (changing the arms) and Krystal or Crystal (not sure which is the name) but she was very helpful and courteous throughout the process and there was no charge. I am absolutely coming to get new glasses at this place when I am due to get them. Thank you again Crystal or Krystal ;)

Very Disappointing Customer Service I went to pick up my prescription glasses today, and unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. There were four associates working, and I stood at the counter for over 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging or assisting me. What made the experience even worse was that other customers who arrived after me were greeted and helped, while I was completely ignored. Eventually, a staff member came over and asked me to move away from the counter without even asking why I was standing there or offering any assistance. I understand that the store was busy, but acknowledging a customer and letting them know someone will be with them shortly takes less than a minute. After making a purchase, is this really how customers are treated? I expected much better service and professionalism. Very disappointing experience. Then someone helped me out grabbing my order but still she is even rude too no professional.

We had a really great experience at LensCrafters today when we went to get glasses for our daughter. Everyone there was so friendly, patient, and helpful from the moment we walked in. They took the time to help us find the right glasses and answered all of our questions very patiently. We never felt rushed, and they were with us throughout the whole process, even until we walked out of the store. I really appreciate how kind and professional the staff was. Their customer service was excellent, and they genuinely made the whole experience easy and comfortable for us and our daughter. Thank you to the entire team for being so helpful and making our visit such a pleasant experience. We will definitely recommend LensCrafters to our friends and family!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at LensCrafters. I paid $272 for the sunglasses lenses alone, not including the frame, because I expected premium quality and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. The first set of lenses they installed was incorrect and made me feel dizzy. I had to return to the store, and they acknowledged it was their mistake and remade the lenses. As a result, I had to wait another 10 days. During that visit, I was told I would receive a gift or reward for the inconvenience, but I never received anything. After receiving the replacement lenses, I noticed they scratched very easily with normal use. I returned to the store while I was still within the 30-day guarantee, expecting them to stand behind their product. Instead, I was treated poorly and told that the only solution was to purchase a protection plan. I refused because I don’t believe I should have to pay extra to address an issue with expensive lenses that are still under the guarantee. From the incorrect lenses, to the unfulfilled promise, to the poor durability of the replacement lenses and the disappointing customer service, this has been a very frustrating experience. I expected much better from LensCrafters, especially considering how much I paid. I hope management takes customer concerns seriously, honors the guarantees they advertise, and treats customers with the respect they deserve.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
