  If I could give no stars I would. They lie all the time. After I referred someone they did the imposible to not pay the bonus. And every time I’ve called they had a new excuse. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you enjoy being lied to.

  The staff is pretty good. But Dez is awesome. Shes the best. And you can tell she genuinely enjoys her job!! Very positive attitude and great energy..Jose is also the best. Very warm and welcoming. No to mention that Dez and Jose are great at sticking you. No pain at all. And the center environment is overall pleasant. Im giving 5 stars because of Dez and Jose. My 2 favorites!!!

  Staff is super nice and the registration process is simple. Make sure to have a valid ID, Social security card, and proof of residency. The new donor fees are great. I have only been a few times and the line/wait time has yet to be long.

  Dang reading all these reviews on how horrible the staff can be to potential donors is crazy , I wanted to donate but changed my mind now thanks for the heads up I definitely find a different location

  My first donation experience at the Irving facility was awesome. The staff there were all friendly and professional explaining everything in detail. I'm sorry I don't remember any names as the whole process was very smooth and fast. I've been to several other donation places that had no customer service or concerns for their doners making it difficult to want to go back. I especially love the app as there is so much valuable information on it for both new and current donors. The perks are great too. I finally found my plasma donation home. Thank you and keep up the good work.
