- SKS KMay 30, 20261.0Worst eye experience in 20 years. The initial receptionist was exceptionally slow. After receiving my trial lenses, I experienced a problem and was told to leave the contact in my eye while staff notified the dr. I sat with a partial lens in my eye for nearly 30 minutes as they forgot to tell the dr and passed by me several times. The receptionist asked 4 times which lenses I was buying, after I showed her the box label and Rx, and she still went to the dr to get a new Rx order. She also took several payments before me, despite my waiting ahead of them. I asked for the lenses I purchased to be mailed to my home. The office arranged for them to be sent to the office, instead. ALMOST NOTHING WENT RIGHT.

Finally an hour in I asked how long and the kid working there could not answer me. There were still 2 people ahead of me. Never said sorry, no real explanation and big smile from the clerk when I said it was ridiculous to say nothing expect people to pay full fee and wait HOURS for a glasses exam! Go anywhere else …horrible customer service
